1. Access to the Service

Access to Scalboost's content, benefits, and tools is activated automatically at the time of purchase

through our payment platforms (Whop or Stripe). This access includes educational resources,

community spaces, and general support.

Once the free trial period has ended and the first payment has been processed, no refund

requests will be accepted, regardless of the level of usage or satisfaction, except for the

exceptions expressly outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe and productive environment, all members must comply with the following rules:

• Self-promotion (products, services, social media, etc.) is prohibited without prior authorization

from the Scalboost team.

• Sending spam within any of the club's channels is not permitted.

• Insults or personal attacks directed at other members, administrators, or staff are strictly

forbidden.

• Any toxic, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate sanctions.

3. Suspension or Expulsion

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access for any member who violates these terms, without

the right to a refund. We may also temporarily restrict access during internal investigations in the event

of a conflict.
